Return & Replacement Policy

At Artchemy Nexus, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every product we export.
Because our rugs, carpets, and décor pieces are largely handmade and customized, we follow a transparent and fair return policy designed for trade partners and importers.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Transit damage

    • Incorrect items shipped

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable, unless the issue is due to our error.

2. Reporting a Return

  • All claims must be submitted in writing to harvinder@artchemynexus.com within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Include:

    • Order number / invoice reference

    • Description of the issue

    • Photographs or evidence of the defect or damage

Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.

3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We will coordinate collection or advise you on return shipping procedures.

  2. Returned goods must be packed securely to avoid further damage.

  3. Inspection will be done upon receipt before issuing a replacement or credit note.

4. Replacements & Remedies

Depending on the nature of the claim, we may:

  • Replace the affected product(s), or

  • Offer a partial or full credit towards a future order, or

  • Provide another mutually agreed resolution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom designs, color-matched orders, and bulk production runs made to client specifications.

  • Normal variations in weave, texture, or color that are inherent in handmade products.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper installation at the buyer’s end.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the issue originates from our side (manufacturing or packing defect), we cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to buyer error or preference, return shipping will be borne by the buyer.

7. Liability Limitation

Our responsibility is limited to the replacement value of the affected goods under the confirmed purchase agreement.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as resale delays, project penalties, or third-party claims.
